Virtual Care Service Coordinator

Position Highlights

Work location: In office at Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas, TX 75231.

Work hours: Full Time, 36 hours/week- working day shift

 

Qualifications

HS Diploma or Equivalent Required

1 Year Experience related experience Required

 

 Skills

• Independent, proactive problem-solving skills

 • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

 • High level of service deliverability including multi-tasking, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines and adapt to a dynamic environment

 • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 • Computer literacy, including command of Microsoft word, PowerPoint, and Excel with ability to learn new software as needed

 • Ability to demonstrate respect and professionalism for patients’ rights and individual needs, including demonstrated ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and other confidentiality

 • Ability to work independently and as a team player

 • Analytical skills and ability to resolve technical problems if needed

 • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to manage and triage complex telephone calls

 • Comfortable working with a diverse patient population and multidisciplinary team, including nursing, physicians, and ancillary service providers such as PT, OT, skilled nursing, etc.

 • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and uphold the ACH culture

 • Proficient in handling and troubleshooting multiple devices and platforms

 

Position Responsibilities

• Manage multiple services provided by Texas Health’s Virtual Care Delivery Channel to ensure seamless care

• Coordinate and schedule visits as needed

• Manage complex and multidisciplinary real-time scheduling needs of a diverse patient population

• Diligently follow-up on assigned tasks and communicate updates to the team in an efficient and reliable manner

• Collect and organize patient data
