Work hours: Full-Time; Rotating Schedule, includes nights and weekends

Here’s What You Need:
· High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
· Bachelor’s Degree (REQUIRED)
· LAT – Licensed Athletic Trainer certification upon hire (REQUIRED)
· BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly (REQUIRED)
What You Will Do:
· Provide on-site athletic training care and event coverage for schools and organizations in Arlington, Lancaster, and Southeast Dallas, including injury evaluation, emergency response, treatment, prevention, and return-to-play guidance
- Support Sideline Orthopedics & Sports by connecting athletes and families to services, promoting the practice, coordinating care, and assisting with weekly injury clinics
- Build relationships with athletic directors, coaches, and local athletic trainers to enhance community partnerships and care coordination
Track referral activity, maintain accurate data, and generate reports to support outreach growth and business development efforts
