Work location: Remote position with at least two in office days (Arlington, TX) per month
Work hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Here’s What You Need
Education
Bachelor’s Degree Public health, health policy, statistics, information systems or a related field required.
Master’s Degree Public health, health policy, statistics, information systems or a related field preferred.
Experience
1 Years of experience with data analysis and reporting required.
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Skills
· Working knowledge of data analysis software, such as Alteryx and Tableau.
· Advanced knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
· Ability to gather, assemble, correlate, interpret and analyze complex data.
· Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in projects/processes.
· Strong communication skills required to develop appropriate reports for different audiences.
· Strong collaboration, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong project management skills.
· Knowledge of creative design is a plus
· Knowledge in using electronic medical record systems to extract reports
What You Will Do
· Support evaluation efforts for a CHI grant program through effective qualitative and quantitative data management activities (e.g., collecting, integrating, cleaning, storing and analyzing).
· Communicate evaluation findings through written reports, presentations, dashboards and other dissemination channels to diverse audiences, including Texas Health staff, funders, and community stakeholders.
· Monitor data quality and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborate with CHI grant staff and community partners to support evaluation efforts.
· Maintain proficiency with analytic tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and stay informed of evaluation best practices.
· Contribute to assessment activities by gathering relevant data, conducting preliminary analyses, or developing assessment reports in response to grant related initiatives.
