Work Location: Texas Health Arlington Memorial, 800 West Randol Mill Rd., Arlington, TX 76012
Work Hours: Full-Time; Monday – Friday from 11:00pm to 7:30am

Here’s What You Need:
Education
· High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
· Associate’s Degree Specialized training in the mechanic trades or a related field preferred.
Experience
· 3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of physical plant equipment and utilities systems required.
Licenses and Certifications
· DL – Drivers License Valid Class C Driver’s License Upon Hire required.
· Other Plant-related certification is desirable Upon Hire preferred.
Skills:
· Proficient with computerized systems for all aspects of position including time keeping, work order system, equipment documentation, and energy management systems.
· Knowledge of methods and techniques of maintaining and repairing plant equipment, machinery, utilities, and facilities.
· Ability to work effectively unsupervised and in teams.
· Knowledge of building and electrical codes.
· Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
· Operational characteristics of maintenance equipment and tools.
· Good communication skills.
What You Will Do:
· Maintain the efficient operation of the central plant:
o Identify equipment operational and maintenance needs.
o Implement preventive maintenance program for plant equipment, machinery and related facilities.
o Record mechanical equipment readings and ensure accuracy of records kept.
o Maintain plant safety features.
o Perform routine mechanical, electrical, or machining maintenance activities on equipment including lubrication, inspection, replacement of parts, and related plant work activities.
o Utilize the CMMS to keep accurate computerized records of activities, time, and materials required; keep accurate reports of equipment maintenance and performance.
o Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs, educational opportunities, and job specific training.
