Work Location: Texas Health Arlington Memorial, 800 West Randol Mill Rd., Arlington, TX 76012
Work Hours: Full-Time: Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications
Here’s What You Need:
Education
· High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience
· One year of relevant experience in storage and receiving goods preferred.
· Food service experience is preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
· FHC – Food Handlers Certificate within 30 Days required.
Skills
· Ability to meet time standards required by position.
· Extensive knowledge of purchasing and basic computer skills.
· Good communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to exercise independent judgment.
What You Will Do:
Receive and store food and supplies, verifying quantity of product delivered with invoice against the invoice. Secure requisitions for supplies. Restock supplies to ensure physical inventories are completed in a timely manner. Assures all damaged goods are documented and appropriate credit is secured. Assure the integrity of the supplies which are received meet the standards.
Follow established standards for food safety and sanitation. Maintains food safety requirements according to HACCP and department standards in the performance of all duties. Records refrigerator temperatures in area of responsibility and takes appropriate action if there are inadequate temperatures. Maintains clean and orderly work area, ensuring compliance with health department and facility requirements.
Areas of responsibilities are secured, organized and clean.
Fills requisitions for food/supplies delivers items to designated area per procedure. Delivers food and supplies.
Performs other job duties as assigned by management.
