Department Assistant PRN- Radiology
We’re looking for a qualified Department Assistant like you to join our Texas Health family.
Position Highlights
• Work location: Texas Health Southwest 6100 Harris Parkway Fort Worth TX 76132
• Work hours: PRN (as needed)
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Schedules testing and/or procedures for Radiology department in an accurate and timely manner ensuring maximum productivity and expedient patient flow.
Responsible for purchasing supplies and supply management.
Administrative tasks such as mail distribution, filing correspondence or documents, faxing, copying, and telephone management with timely follow-up.
Responsible for purchasing supplies and supply management.
Complete medical records request in a timely manner.
Provide clerical assistance for projects.
Here’s What You Need:
· Education
o H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required
· Experience
o 1 Year office experience preferred
Skills and Abilities:
· Requires good written, oral, and telephone communication skills.
· Requires knowledge of general office equipment e.g. computer, copier, fax.
· Knowledge and usage of various business applications software e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
· Basic Grammar and Spelling e.g. memos, e-mail.
