- High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
- CMA – Current Medical Assistant Certification (REQUIRED)
- One Year of experience as a CMA (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
- ACLS or BCLS upon hire (PREFERRED)
- Delivers care to patients utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant Process
- Communicates with patient regarding test results and plan of care by phone or mail as directed by physician
- Provides for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights
- May work in the front office as needed
- May perform other duties as assigned by practice manager, more senior staff, or as requested by healthcare provider(s)
- Perform EKGs and draw blook
- Administer injections efficiently and comfortably with pediatric patients
