Work hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, occasional travel within the DFW metroplex.

Here’s What You Need
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Services or related field of discipline AND 2 years of relevant work experience to include 1 year of experience with email and website deployment including work with a marketing automation platform and reporting performance. Required
OR
- 7 years of relevant work experience without a bachelor’s degree to include 3 years of Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud AND 5 years of email deployment to include marketing automation and reporting performance. Required
· Experience with other marketing automation platforms would be satisfactory based on the platform and level of understanding. Please note the certification requirements through Salesforce Tailheads.
· Strong experience in front-end development coding including but not limited to HTML, CSS and scripting such as javascript and AMPscript.
· Experience in Healthcare Preferred
· Ability to code AMPscript in support of complex dynamic emails.
· Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases.
· Experience with Salesforce (Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud), including both out-of-the-box configurations and customizations via code.
· Understanding of integration/middleware platforms such as Mulesoft.
· Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud. (Salesforce CDP)
· Ability to trouble shoot and perform performance tuning on all layers of Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
· Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) practices a plus.

What You Will Do
As an Email Developer on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team with Texas Health Brand Experience, you will have an integral role in creating and maintaining integrated and contextual experiences on the Salesforce platform that enable meaningful consumer engagements with our brand. To accomplish this work, you will collaborate closely with Marketing Strategy and other internal stakeholders – and external partners as needed – to complete development projects and tasks that fulfill business goals, support marketing objectives and meet consumer expectations. You will also monitor and maintain the performance of certain Salesforce platform components as related to the Texas Health brand and marketing.
· Serve as a Font-end Developer of email and cloud pages
· Create and maintain Data Extensions.
· Develop reusable, scalable and mobile friendly email templates and content blocks with Marketing Cloud Content Builder and maintain them.
· Develop emails for use in batch send, triggered send or one-off marketing messaging within Marketing Cloud Content Builder.
· Develop personalization and dynamic content within all Marketing Cloud mediums/systems to provide individualized messaging.
· Develop and implement reusable Ampscript and Query String content blocks for connecting data throughout Marketing Cloud, properly track and enable user content personalization on Texas Health websites.
· Develop and design multi-step journeys within Marketing Cloud Journey Builder to activate messaging paths and properly mark, update and track user records throughout the life of a journey both in Marketing Cloud and in Health Cloud.
· Build triggers to support journeys that will automatically send users through a journey as their record data is updated.
· Support Automation Design and Management including SQL Queries, Data Filters, Data Extracts, File Imports, etc.
· Develop and maintain Marketing Cloud CloudPages using HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ampscript and API Calls to capture information and update user records in Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud.
· Serve as developer of Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud as related to Brand and Marketing initiatives.
· Document and maintain best practices, project standards, procedures, application, quality objectives and “lessons learned;” ensure that applications systems are developed in a way that complies with architectural/development standards and established methodologies and practices.
· Work with enterprise and technical architects to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and aligned with organizational goals.
· Map business requirements to technical requirements.
Support reporting, analytics and full attribution as available through Salesforce ecosystem.
· Manage upgrades and implementations of Salesforce solution.
Collaborate with colleagues and vendors for optimization of platform
Work with colleagues to build knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise through training.
· Work with digital and data team as appropriate.
· Provide hands-on technical support to colleagues and/or content owners and publishers.
· Contribute to a highly productive and motivated team that both cross-trains for each other’s disciplines and shares work bandwidth based on capabilities.
