Work hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Here’s What You Need:

·       H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required.

·       Associate’s Degree Preferred

·       2 Years experience in a hospital setting Required.

·       Proven capability to work independently.

·       Ability to give instruction and clearly explain problems and solutions.

·       Strong customer service and problem resolution skills

 

What You Will Do:

·       Daily tracking of hospital owned equipment including but not limited to stretchers, mattresses, wheelchairs, beds, lift equipment, IV pumps, etc.

·       Walking campus daily to ensure all equipment is accounted for and their locations documented.

·       Manage the requests, removal, tracking and verifies the appropriate billing of rental beds/equipment.

·       Work closely with Wound Care to order and assess patient specific bed and equipment needs for the hospital.

·       Communicate with vendors and address any issues, maintenance, or in-service needs.

·       Act as back-up support providing consistent coverage to the Mission Control Command Center monitoring phones and transport tracking system.

·       Prioritize urgent runs and zone transporters as needed to areas with high volume.

·       Ensure all handheld devices are properly checked out and returned.

·       Ensure all run sheets are turned in.
