Call Center Rep – Connect THPG Scheduling – Fulltime, Days

Here’s What You Will Need

·       High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

·       One year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a Contact Center environment (REQUIRED)

·       One year of experience in a healthcare environment (PREFERRED)

·       EPIC Certification upon hire (PREFERRED)

 

What You Will Do

·       Answer customer calls/contacts to meet service level goals

·       Provide quality customer service through effective communications skills and use of department software systems for call/contact processing (includes appointment setting)

·       Continuously builds on knowledge base of THR hospital services, programs and marketing activities and strives to provide added value to each customer contact
