Fast-paced, high volume Support Services is looking for Shuttle Driver. Is that you?
Work Location: Texas Health HEB 1600 Hospital Parkway TX 76022
Work Hours: Fulltime; Monday – Friday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm

Qualifications
Here’s What You Need
· High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
· 1 Year 1 passenger transport experience Preferred.
· DL – Drivers License Valid TX driver’s license Upon Hire Required.
Ability to work well with others, and proactively address passenger needs.
What You Will Do
· Responsible for the safe transport of staff, visitors, and patients.
· Assure safe operation of THR property (vehicle/golf cart) operating within the laws of the State of Texas remaining accident and citation free while employed by THR. Obey all applicable traffic laws and demonstrate defensive driving techniques.
· Use appropriate decision making skills to assist patients in all transport situations operating all assigned equipment in a responsible and safe manner. Must be able to assist patients with physical disabilities or who are wheelchair users.
· Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of assigned vehicle understanding those services that are critical to safe transport of people and equipment. Make decisions on timing of maintenance activity in coordination with manufactures standards and daily routing schedules.
· Accountable for tracking total monthly utilization to assure maximum shuttle load.
· Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction through periodic surveys.
· Assist in keeping grounds clear of litter.
