Appointment Scheduling Specialist – Neuro Spine Specialists – Fulltime, Days

Here’s What You Need

•        High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
•        Two years of related experience in a healthcare environment (PREFERRED) 
•     One year of healthcare environment experience (STRONGLY PREFERRED)

What You Will Do:

• Schedule tests, procedures, and referral appointments
• Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments
• Communicates with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests
• May collect fees such as co-pays/co-insurance, gathers insurance information and patient personal data
