Work location: Texas Health Transfer Center, 612 E. Lamar Blvd., Arlington, TX 76011
Work hours: Part time (24 hours), 11a -11p

Here’s What You Need
- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- 2 years clinical registered nurse experience within the last 2 years required or
- 1 year transfer center experience within the last year required
- 1 year THR transfer center experience within the last year preferred
- RN required
What You Will Do
- Coordinates and facilitates patient transfers following the Transfer Center’s process flow and higher level of care requirements
- Transfer Center Data Collection.
- Maintain knowledge base regarding ever evolving changes at each entity
- Teamwork — “Individuals caring for individuals, together”, Shared Decision Making, Professional Development
