Medical Office Lead
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic is looking for top skilled Medical Office Lead
 
Work location:  3142 Horizon Road – Suite 209    Rockwall, TX 
Work hours:  Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday (8am – 5pm)

Here’s What You Need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
  • Two years of Front Office or Back Office Experience in a Clinical Setting (REQUIRED)
 
What You Will Do
  • Delivers care to patients utilizing the Medical Office Lead Process
  • Manages clinic staff on day-to-day operation.
  • Assists in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.
  • Efficiently directs patient flow throughout the clinic.
  • Coordinates general front office activities including, but not limited to registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations and other related duties.
  • Assists the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times, new hire or reoccurring training processes, and with facilitating training of new hires and other training initiatives.
  • Provides direction and support to clinical staff as requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
