Work location: Texas Health Presbyterian Plano, 6200 West Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093
Work hours:
- Full Time, Night shift: 36 hours/week
- Three 12-hour Night shifts per week, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Here’s What You Need
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 3 months paramedic experience or completion of a paramedic internship Required
- 1 Year paramedic experience in EMS or fire department Preferred
- Emergency Room experience highly preferred
- EMT-P – Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic Upon Hire Required Or
- LP – Licensed Paramedic Upon Hire Required
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required And
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And
- PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days Required And
- CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training ED Only 90 Days Required
- Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast-paced environment, positive interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills, able to perform basic computer skills.
What You Will Do
Texas Health Presbyterian Plano Paramedics are responsible for providing an excellent patient healthcare experience at each Texas Health site.
Essential Functions
- Performs technical skills that are adapted to reflect the population-specific, developmental and diversity needs of the patient.
- Provides safe patient care under the delegation of appropriate Physician and competency sign-off.
- Other duties as appropriately delegated by RN.
