Looking for an opportunity to be a part of a procedural area?   We are looking for a unique Neuro Special Procedures Technologist wanting to work in our Neuro Special Procedures area.  This unit offers cross training, educational opportunities, and a wide variety of benefits!         

LOCATION:  Texas Health Plano is located at 6200 W Parker Rd, Plano, TX 75093

SCHEDULEFT, 40 Hours; 10 hour shifts, 6:30am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday with rotating days off; On call required (Must live within 30 minutes of Texas Health Plano)

Neuro Special Procedures Department highlights

·       Newly build Hybrid Neuro room with expansion of second room this year

·       Comprehensive Stroke Certification

·       Ability to cross train within Heart & Vascular

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Completion of accredited program in Cardiovascular Technology required Or

·         High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of work experience in invasive cardiology required.

·         1 year of vascular or cardiac angiography preferred.

·         ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire required And

·         GMRT – General Medical Radiologic Technologist If ARRT Only Upon Hire preferred And

·         BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.
