Registered Nurse/RN II – Pre-Assessment PRN Days

Work location: Texas Health Southlake – 1545 E Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092
Work hours: PRN “as needed” variable days Monday-Friday 8am-5pm – no call
This position does not include medical benefits
Surgery Department Highlights:
- Surgical specialty hospital with six operating rooms – ortho, ortho spine, general, GYN, plastics, ENT, podiatry, Xi robot cases.

Here’s What You Need:
• Nursing Diploma required or
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required or
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year experience as registered nurse required
• Pre-Assessment/PAT or surgery department experience preferred
• Texas RN – Registered Nurse required upon hire and
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support (prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly) required upon hire and
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire and
• PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within 90 days of hire
• A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
