Work location: Hybrid. Many days a month on location at 612 E Lamar Blvd. Arlington, Texas 76011 or across enterprise.

Work hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Exempt

Qualifications

Education

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field Required

·       4 years of relevant work experience may be used in lieu of Bachelor degree

 

Experience

·       3 years’ demonstrated experience in learning and development/program design/development and coordination required.

 

 

What You Will Do

·       Supports Learning/Leadership Development team in the development of talent and learning approaches and materials by gathering applicable data and conducting routine and ad-hoc data analysis to inform decision making.

·       Responsible for maintaining data relevant to department outcomes and goals such as: data reports of needs and learning assessments, performance management learning requests, and various input from key stakeholder groups.

·       Researches industry trends and approaches to generate talent and learning content/best practices and develop awareness of business trends and approaches in learning and development and talent/performance management, makes recommendations to peers and/or leadership regarding the same.

·       Coordinates talent and learning programs and events by managing program logistics, distributing employee communication and pre-work materials for attendees, and coordinating trainers/coaches and consultants to ensure successful implementation of programs.

·       Administer the Learning Management System and other vendor learning platforms (Skillsoft, Blanchard, Prosci, Korn Ferry, CPP and Mind Gym).
