Work location: Based out of Texas Health Fort Worth (1300 West Terrell Avenue), however, will involve maintenance related travel

Work hours: Full-time (generally Monday – Friday) however, will require one Saturday a month

Here’s What You Need

Education
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED

Experience
2 Years CDL experience REQUIRED
3 Years Maintenance and repair of equipment and mechanical experience REQUIRED

Licenses and Certifications
DL – Drivers License Upon Hire REQUIRED and
CDL – Commercial Drivers License 90 Days REQUIRED and
Other DOT – CDL Medical Certificate 90 Days REQUIRED

Efficiently diagnose and address technical issues independently or with vendors.
Coordinate vehicle activities and vendor collaborations effectively.
Detail-oriented during inspections and service ticket documentation.
Adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment.
Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
Identify and address workplace hazards promptly.
Establish cooperative work relationships and practice professional communication.
Demonstrate excellent phone, text, and email etiquette.
Communicate clearly in written and verbal interactions.
Collaborate with colleagues and partners using strong interpersonal skills.
Maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness.
Organize tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.

 

What You Will Do

Operating Mobile Vehicles

·         Operate the mobile health unit on schedule and on the designated routes, complying with all traffic regulations to ensure that passengers have a safe and smooth ride. Determines and follows safe and efficient routes.

·         Responsible for following Texas Health Resource’s Fleet Standard Operating Procedure.

·         Maintain current Commercial Driver’s License, DOT Medical Certification, and other relevant certifications.

Maintenance/Service/Repairs/Safety

·         Identify equipment operational needs and perform preventative maintenance tasks within scope.

·         Maintain regular communication with leadership, providing updates on ongoing service tickets, including status, progress, and resolutions.

·         When necessary and appropriate, refers, repairs requiring advanced knowledge or skills to the appropriate approved vendor.

·         Adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and safe work practices.

·         Other duties as assigned 10%
