Texas Health Hospital Frisco is just months away from opening its doors to patients.
Construction crews are still in the process of building the hospital and medical office building which is a collaboration between Texas Health Resources and UT Southwestern. The Texas Health Frisco campus will feature a 73-bed acute care hospital, a 24/7 emergency department, surgical services, women’s services and a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). It will include an expansion of the Peter O’Donnell Jr. Brain Institute, a multi-specialty center that will have ophthalmology, otolaryngology, gastroenterology and dermatology services, and the Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center will provide colon cancer screening and treatment.
The hospital will serve residents of The Colony, Little Elm, Prosper, Pilot Point, Celina, Aubrey and surrounding communities.
