Susan Meredith, administrative assistant to the president at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth, recently received the 2024 Strategic Partnership Award from the Dallas Fort Worth & Southwest Region Admin Awards.
Meredith, who has been with Texas Health for more than 26 years, joined Texas Health Southwest in 2019.
“I’m so proud of Susan and so thrilled to see her receive this prestigious award,” said Ajith Pai, Pharm.D., FACHE, president of Texas Health Southwest. “Her commitment and expertise have been invaluable to me since I came to Texas Health Southwest. She truly is a strategic partner who brings joy and fun to the workplace.”
The Strategic Partnership Award recognizes “the tremendous impact an executive assistant and executive can have when they work together in true business partnership to advance the needs of the business,” the organization said.
Two other Texas Health employees were finalists this year:

- Pam Burroughs, Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, for the Administrative Excellence in Public Service Award
