We specialize in outpatient surgery and GI endoscopy, along with comprehensive rehabilitative therapies that include physical therapy, hand therapy, lymphedema treatment, and pelvic health services. Our advanced imaging capabilities include digital mammography, CT scans, bone density, and MRI. Our emergency department serves one of the largest geographic areas in the DFW Metroplex, providing care across three counties.
Texas Health Azle holds Joint Commission accreditation for disease-specific Chest Pain care and is designated by the Texas Department of Health & Human Services as a Level IV Trauma Center and Level IV Support Stroke Facility.
