Monitor the reappointment process from initiation to completion according to established policies and procedures. Ensure timely completion of reappointment application process and renewing of privileges. 40%
Prepare agendas for committee meetings in collaboration with the meeting Chair as well as other staff members who may need to be involved. Make other preparations for the meeting including reserving a room and sending notifications. Attend meetings, record accurate minutes, and follow up as appropriate. Facilitate election of new Department officers and review and recommend privilege revisions as needed.
