Primarily Remote

Work hours: Full Time Days (8:00am – 5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week

Here’s What You Need

Education

·         Bachelor’s Degree Computer science, Information Technology, or closely related field. (Required)

 

Experience

·         3 Years Salesforce development experience to include:

·         Experience in Salesforce development including, but not limited to: platform configuration, customizations, Apex coding, workflows, validation rules, triggers, advanced formulas, custom objects, reports, and dashboards.

·         Experience integrating Salesforce platform with other applications via real-time, batch and sync/async.

·         Experience with Agile software development methodologies & sprint/scrum processes. (Preferred)

·         Health Cloud experience (Preferred)

 

Licenses and Certifications

·         Salesforce developer or App builder certifications (Preferred)

 

 

What You Will Do

·         Responsible for designing and developing solutions on THR Salesforce platform that will include configuration, development, integration, customization, and support of the THR enterprise Salesforce environment, including but not limited to: Health Cloud, Service Cloud, PExA accelerator app and other THR developed apps.

·         Design, build, and maintain reliable, efficient, and reusable code following best practices on salesforce platform.

·         Provide technical expertise to the team and ownership of solutions implemented on Salesforce platform.

·         Develop the best solution possible to business problems.

·         Provides feasibility analysis of solutions.

·         Helps with solution design of business requirements and works with software engineers and architects to prioritize business requirements

·         Drives effort estimation or story pointing of business requirements

·         Committed to delivering high quality, high value, maintainable software in the hands of users quickly by working side-by-side with business partners, Service partners and other developers.

·         Attends all scrum events as required or needed

·         Supports and strengthens technical knowledge base across the Salesforce program

·         Plan, develop, and execute salesforce platform configurations, customizations, code, workflows, triggers, pages & business capabilities.

·         Assist with integrations between Salesforce and various other platforms

·         Work closely with cross-function stakeholders in development projects.

·         Analyze and advise stakeholders on process improvements and reengineering opportunities.

·         Assist cross-functionality to implement new or enhanced features to improve processes.

·         Assist the Salesforce architects and assigned contractors in the evaluation scope of Salesforce requests across all segments of the organization.

·         Participate in assigned activities related to Salesforce Cloud upgrades.

·         Participate in change management efforts to implement better practices, new processes & improvements in overall performance.

·         Respond to on-call outages as necessary.

·         Planning and administrative skills

·         Participates in the Change Management Board activities as appropriate

·         Participates in a fast-paced agile scrum team.

·         Participates in the evolution of team best practices, standards and policies.

·         Works largely self-directed, with only appropriate guidance from leadership.

·         Responds to customer issues in a timely manner.

·         Assists in communications with customers, project team and vendors in a timely manner and escalates issues and risks appropriately.

·         Monitors work progress, informing team leaders, team managers and/or customers of project status, problems or obstacles and workload issues in a timely manner.

·         Provides timely and accurate status reports.

·         Enters work time appropriately and on time into the ITS application systems.
