Customer Service Lab Representative – Specimen Processor
Work location: Texas Health Physicians Group- 251 Westpark Way, Suite 212 Euless, TX 76040
Work Hours: Full Time – Nights, 40 hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30pm – 4:30am

What you’ll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Six (6) months of customer service experience or six (6) months experience in a high-volume testing laboratory and data entry experience is required.
- Familiar with basic medical and laboratory terminology is preferred.
- Knowledge of appropriate lab and regulatory guidelines including, but not limited to: CLIA, CAP, CLSI (NCCLS), Texas Department of Health, EPA regulations regarding regulated waste disposal.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet software such as but not limited to: Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Answers the main lab line and provides customer service assistance to the caller. Document all calls on appropriate log.
- Research problem orders from the night before and provides necessary corrective action. Documents all actions taken on problem log.
