Qualifications – External
Here’s What You Need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- 6 months related experience preferred
- 6 months customer service experience preferred
- CPR – Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation 90 Days Req
What You Will Do
- Utilizes Real Time Location System (RTLS) to track equipment.
- Uses system to maintain par levels on units, pick up dirty equipment, track usage of beds and rental equipment
- Visualizes and tracks other rental equipment as needed
- Makes sure equipment usage and other information is communicated to lead/supervisor.
- Transports patient care equipment, supplies, and other applicable supporting items throughout the hospital.
- Prioritizes non-patient care moves to complement patient care moves
- Ensures service standards as defined by THD are upheld and scores well on customer satisfaction metrics such as Press Ganey, HCAHPS, and/or Internal Survey.
