WORK LOCATION: The address is 6200 W Parker Rd, Plano, TX 75093
WORK HOURS: Full-time; 40 hrs./week.  Monday – Friday (8-5) Some on-Call requirement

CATH LAB DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:

•    2026 Mission Lifeline Silver Plus Recipient from AHA for care of STEMI & NSTEMI patients

•    Ability to cross train to other H&V specialties within Heart and Vascular
•    Self-scheduling call schedule

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

•    Diploma of Nursing OR Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
•    BSN preferred.  
•    Other: CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
•    One-year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program. 
•    Cath Lab experience strongly preferred   
•    On-call required.  Must live within a 30-minute drive   
•    RN – Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required
•    BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req AND
•    ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support—Within 90 Days Required AND
•    PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support—within 90 Days Required

•    The professional nurse exhibits understanding of basic human needs.
•    The professional nurse demonstrates an appreciation of unique meanings by: active listening and exemplifying a non-judgmental attitude
•    The professional nurse demonstrates recognition and understanding of patient’s affiliations.
•    Perform other duties as assigned
