POSITION DETAILS:
- Monday –Friday, Full Time, 36 hours patient contact, 4 hours Admin time
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, illnesses, and injuries
- EPIC EMR documentation system
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and prevention

REQURIMENTS:
