Here’s What You Need
-
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
-
3 months paramedic experience or completion of a paramedic internship Required
-
1 Year paramedic experience in EMS or fire department Preferred
-
EMT-P – Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic Upon Hire Required Or
-
LP – Licensed Paramedic Upon Hire Required
-
ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required And
-
BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And
-
PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 Days Required And
-
CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually within 90 Days Required
-
Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast paced environment, positive interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills, able to perform basic computer skills.
What You Will Do
-
Performs technical skills that are adapted to reflect the population-specific and developmental needs of the patient.

Provides safe patient care under the delegation of appropriate Physician and competency sign-off.

All clinical activities are delegated and conducted under direct physician supervision.
