WORK DEPARTMENT: Radiology CT/MRI Scan
WORK HOURS:  Full Time Days

CT DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

•    Other – Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required or
•    Associate degree preferred.
•    3-years CT Tech required and MRI Experience preferred AND
•    Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred 
•    GMRT – General Medical Radiologic Technologist if ARRT Upon Hire Required AND
•    ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R) Upon Hire Required AND
•    ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists CT, M, MR, N or S if ARRT Upon Hire Required OR
•    CNMT – Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Upon Hire Required OR
•    ARDMS – American Registry for Diagnostic and Medical Sonographers in three modalities Upon Hire Required AND
•    BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•    Provide direct operational and clinical leadership for CT and MRI services
•    Daily workflow oversight, staff supervision, quality and safety compliance.
•    Coordination of staff and patient schedules.
•    Supervises CT and MRI technologist, team leads, and support staff; provides coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
•    Conducts performance evaluations and supports corrective action and recognition processes in collaboration with management. 
•    Participates in incident reviews, safety investigations, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. 
•    Assists with budget awareness, overtime monitoring, and productivity management.
•    Ensures accurate timekeeping, staff scheduling, and adherence to department policies.
