Work hours: Full Time; Days; 40 hrs/week. Monday – Friday (flexible scheduling, with 8‑hour shifts assigned between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. based on business and departmental needs)

Here’s What You Need
· High School Diploma or Equivalent required
· Associate degree and/or certification in Hospitality preferred
· Two years of customer service/guest relations required
· Experience in purchasing, accounts payable, office coordinator in a medical setting preferred
What You Will Do
· Greet patients, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
· Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication
· Respond to questions, concerns, and requests with empathy and efficiency
· Obtains patient and family feedback prior to admissions, during the patients stay and post discharge with comprehensive documentation to ensure patient and guest service excellence and accurate communication with related departments.
· Utilizes problem-solving techniques following established policies and procedures and chain of command to resolve patient complaints and concerns (HEART).Enter Job Duties)
· Assist with special accommodations such as language services, mobility support, or accessibility needs
