Registered Nurse (RN) Palliative Care – Full Time Nights

Here’s What You Need:

·       Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma of Nursing(required) BSN preferred.

·       Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire (required)

·       Current BLS prior to providing independent patient care.

·       CPI training within 90 days of hire (required)

·       One (1) year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program (required)

·       1+ years of experience as an Med/surg RN and end of life care preferred

·       Strong med/surg experience including charge/preceptor skills (preferred)

·       The RN is responsible for the delivery of care that promotes the safety and well-being of patients that required chronic medical and palliative care. Listen to your calling and make a difference in the community you serve!
