Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography Technician (ERCP) – Endo/GI Lab (Full Time/Days)

Here’s What You Need:

·       High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

·       Other – CLIAFE; Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required

·       1 year of GI Clinical Experience required

·       Previous ERCP experience strongly preferred

·       BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and

·       A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment

What You Will Do:

·       Collects patient data, identifies and reports significant findings to nurses.

·       Performs technical procedures safely and proficiently.

·       Takes action to reduce or eliminate patient risk.

·       Documents accurately and appropriately.

·       Assists in admission/transfer/discharge.

·       In collaboration/consultation with nurses, adapts care to reflect age-specific and developmental considerations
