Work hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week – Rotating Shifts

Here’s What You Need
· H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
· Associate’s Degree Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security or closely related field preferred
· 2 years security or law enforcement or military police REQUIRED
· Drivers License Class C and insurable Upon Hire required
· Commissioned Security Officer Texas Private Security Level 2 (not required if have Level 3) 14 Days Required
· Commissioned Security Officer Texas Private Security Level 3 (2 attempts permitted). Biannual recertification. 60 Days Required
· TASER Certification Complete Course & Certification (2 attempts permitted). Annual recertification. 60 Days Required
· Other Field Training Officer Certification 12 Months Required
· ACPI – Advanced Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 30 Days Required
What You Will Do
· Oversees operations on assigned shifts
· Leads security briefings for officers and distributes equipment
· Responds to calls for service and disturbances.
· Reviews shift paperwork and reports
· Develop shift schedule and assignments
· Perform role of officer in charge in the absence of supervisor
· Participates in the Texas Health Threat Assessment Team for assigned area and monitors for correct utilization.
· Performs officer duties as needed
