Medical Support – Courier Driver

Work location: Texas Health Medical Support 1100 Bridgewood Street TX 76112
Work hours: Full Time (40 hours) This position requires 100% travel to complete deliveries every day to both THR entities and patient homes. The routes cover the entire North Texas region and can be as far as 2 hours from the home location.
Pharmacy Department highlights:

Education
· High school Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience
· No experience required
Licenses and Certifications
· DL – Drivers License valid Texas license Upon Hire Required
What You Will Do
· Operate company vehicles safely (obeying all applicable traffic laws and maintaining a clean driving record) while transporting items.
· Follow all transportation and lab policies pertaining to medical specimens and protected patient information. Handle specimens properly and safely. Use “Sorry we missed you” tags when needed.
· Drive the route effectively to minimize down time and display good time management skills.
· Report vehicle maintenance needs to management.
· Maintain company vehicle — keep it clean and a sanitary workspace at all times
· Create and maintain a good customer service oriented relationship with clinic personnel.
