WORK LOCATION: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231
WORK HOURS: Full time for 40 hrs. per week. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM; On-Call requirements and must live within a 30 minute drive

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Associate Degree, applied science required or
• Completion of accredited program or radiology technology required or
• High School Diploma plus 2 years work experience in special procedures required.
• 1 Year vascular or cardiac angiography Preferred OR
• 2 Years required with high school diploma Required
• ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologist upon hire required or
• RCIS – Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist upon required or
• RCES – Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist upon hire or
• CMRT – Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist if ARRT upon hire and
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Imaging Quality and Processing:
• Identifies, troubleshoots, and initiates quality improvement.
• Explains procedures to patient or guardian / family member if applicable prior to exam.
• Performs complex procedures including age related criteria and developmental considerations.
• Assists radiologist with complex and invasive procedures using aseptic technique.
• Correctly sends and transfers images to PACS.
• Performs assignments deemed necessary by supervisor.
