While this is a System Services position with monthly meetings in Arlington, the role is specific to Erath County and the Program Manager is expected to spend time in the community on a frequent basis.

What You Will Do:
Program Manager for Texas Health Community Impact (THCI) will be responsible for managing and providing technical assistance to THCI grants; building and maintaining relationships; ensuring grantee compliance with budgetary and program objectives; and contributing to the execution of THCI strategy. The Program Manager will execute and communicate grant-making strategies and priorities as determined by the Director. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with the Community Hope team to communicate referrals, share community resources, and focus on non-medical drivers of health. The Program Manager will work with the Analytics team to strengthen data collection processes for the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). Program Manager will connect, convene, and catalyze collaborations to address non-medical drivers of health. The Program Manager will coordinate logistics related to Leadership Council meetings. The Program Manager may support or operationalize community health grants.

Bachelor’s Degree Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or relevant field. Req And
