Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift with call.

Here’s What You Need 
Qualifications
Education
•    High School Diploma or equivalent required
•    College degree preferred

Experience
•    2 years sterile processing experience required
•    3 years sterile processing experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications
•    CSPDT – Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician upon hire required OR
•    CRCST – Certified Registered Central Service Technician upon hire required OR
•    CBSPD – Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire required

What You Will Do 
•    Manage daily operations by facilitating department call assignment schedules to ensure proper coverage as well as maintaining vacation requests.
•    Oversee workflow for the best needs of the department.
•    Ensure the rotation of instrument trays for sharpening, as well as equipment repairs for CSP, Surgery, Endoscopy.
•    Audits the trays of Technicians to ensure that they are done correctly and contain clean, properly working instruments and ensures that equipment is delivered properly in a timely manner.
•    Work closely with service line coordinators and surgeons for any changes or issues that may arise pertaining to Central Sterile Processing.
