Work location: Texas Health Frisco, 12400 N Dallas Parkway, Frisco, TX 75033
Work hours: Full time; Nights; 36 hours (7pm – 7am), working every other weekend

Here’s What You Need
- Other Graduate of AMA approved Respiratory Care Program required
- Other – CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required
- 1 Year Med/Surg or critical care experience preferred
- RCP – Respiratory Care Practitioner upon hire required and
- RRT – Registered Respiratory Therapist upon hire required and
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support ICU and Emergency Department only 90 Days required and
- NRP – Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program NRP required if working in the NICU 90 Days required
- Good verbal communications, good interpersonal skills, and computer experience
What You Will Do
- Review available medical records and obtain pertinent medical history from the patient or family.
- Evaluates each patient using age and diagnosis-appropriate assessment tests and measurements.
- Applies appropriate patient care interventions according to protocol guidelines and priority of care.
- Demonstrates competence in the performance of age-appropriate patient assessment and individualizes care based on age-specific needs.
- Uses therapeutic treatment techniques appropriate to patient’s age and desire for treatment.
- Performs treatment procedures that are within the scope of the professional license.
