Work location: Texas Health Resources System Service 612 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX. 76011
(Primarily Remote – Currently, 4 days a week at home, and Wednesdays in office)
Work hours: Full Time Days (8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday) for 40 hrs/week.

Here’s What You Need
Education
· Bachelor’s Degree Accounting or related field is required
Experience
· 2 Years Relevant work experience is required
· 2 years of financial reporting experience with a public accounting firm is strongly preferred
Licenses and Certifications
· CPA – Certified Public Accountant Or, eligible to sit for CPA exam Upon Hire is required
What You Will Do
· Works with other Finance leads, affiliates, and external / internal auditors to design and develop financial reports and responds to requests that meet their respective needs.
· Implements and monitors accounting and financial reporting policies and procedures for a functional process area in accordance with GAAP.
· Prepares and compiles data for annual, quarterly, and monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
· Prepares and compiles data for audit workpapers and other audit requests for the annual external audit and any internal audits.
· Reviews financial variance and other month end analysis and month end financial statement consolidation.
· Reviews and analyzes financial reports to identify and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner
