Work location: Euless Training Facility: 251 West Parkway Suite 306, Euless, TX 76040

Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift

           Monday through Friday from 8:00A- 5:00P

Travel: to THPG clinics across the metroplex

Highlights

  • Seeking someone who has some knowledge/experience of medical clinic operations (like a PM, or lead/supervisor in front office, billing or insurance roles)
  • Well organized and can coordinate training, support, check up visits to clinics, and present information to meetings in person or online
  • Must be comfortable and confident in stepping in to teach computer software classes in a classroom setting

Here’s What You Need 

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required and
  • Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or related field preferred

 

Experience

  • 4 years relevant work experience in a health care facility setting required and
  • Practice Manager or Lead experience preferred
  • Experience with medical specialty offices strongly preferred

 

Licenses and Certifications

  • Epic Certification Credentialed Trainer in Epic Ambulatory, Cadence, or PB Resolute in 90 days required

 

What You Will Do

  • Executes THPG’s learning and development strategies by delivering system and operational training to a diverse range of learners, including Provider/Clinic Staff, Clinic Managers, THPG Leadership, CXO, ITS, Risk/Compliance, Operations, Specialties, MA Apprentices, and others.
  • Areas of expertise include Provider/Clinic Staff Epic Training, Provider/Payor Quality Measures, Revenue Cycle workflows and initiatives, as well as transformation and integration initiatives such as Digital and Virtual Health, Access to Care and MyChart.
  • This role involves adapting external training materials from 3rd-party vendors, learning and interpreting their workflows and procedures, training both vendor and new THR/THPG employees, and assisting Transformation teams by raising awareness of upcoming systems and applications.
  • The analyst identifies performance gaps and provides remedial, individualized training for clinic employees, optimizing workflows, supporting system/process changes, and ensures standardized training, policy, and procedure alignment.
  • This role provides training delivered in multiple formats, including ILT, ATE, Virtual, and Blended, with a focus on adult learning principles.
