Work hours: Full time, days/evening

Here’s What You Need
· Associates Degree in Nursing required
· Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
· 2 years clinical registered nurse experience within the last 2 years required or
· 1 year transfer center experience within the last year required
· 1 year THR transfer center experience within the last year preferred
· RN required
What You Will Do
· Coordinates and facilitates patient transfers following the Transfer Center’s process flow and higher level of care requirements
· Transfer Center Data Collection.
· Maintain knowledge base regarding ever evolving changes at each entity
