(Primarily remote however must live in Texas area or be willing to relocate.)
Work hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday) for 40 hrs/week.

What You Will Do
The Program Manager, Cybersecurity Policy Communications & Training supports policy, standards, communications, and training development, management, and oversight needs of the Cybersecurity Program.
Training Development and Management
- Lead the development and management of cybersecurity training and certification program.
- Develop, review, and deploy cybersecurity curriculum, training, and education products.
- Develop and manage schedule training product delivery.
- Working with program stakeholders perform training needs assessments.
- Develop metrics and measures to track training compliance and training effectiveness.
- Working with program stakeholders to address and resolve training compliance deficiencies.
Policy and Standards Development and Management
- Research and develop policies and standards that are compliant with federal, state regulations and industry practices
- Manage policy and standards review schedule.
- Collaborating with peers and stakeholders, identify gaps in policies and standards
Communications Management
- Leads the development and management of a cybersecurity awareness and communications program.
- Work with stakeholders to coordinate and develop cybersecurity awareness communications.
- Assess the effectiveness of communication awareness products.
Professional/Personal Growth
- Complete annual training requirements.
- Engage in professional training opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with corporate and department policies, procedures, and standards.
