Work Schedule
• Full Time – 40 Hours
• Monday – Friday 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

Job Description
• Ensure the safe, timely, courteous transportation of equipment and materials by monitoring performance and scheduling of department staff, as well as by assisting with tasks and activities.
• Act as back-up support providing consistent coverage to the Mission Control Command Center monitoring the transport tracking system and phone system to ensure that all supplies, equipment, and any other special transports.
• Coach personnel to optimum team based performance.
• Schedule all team members to attend classes and monitor their performance. • Schedule all team members to attend classes and monitor their performance. • Manage resources within budgetary guidelines.
• Communicates effectively with all customers to achieve positive outcomes.
• Ensure a professional work environment by enforcing departmental guidelines and policies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• 3 years experience in a hospital setting Required

 

Skills
• Proven capability to work independently Ability to give instruction and clearly explain problems and solutions Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
