Texas Health employees volunteer 270 hours in memory of lives lost

Recently, 62 Texas Health employees volunteered more than 270 combined hours of their time during the 9/11: Days of Service. They provided services like ramp building, plant harvesting, animal care, landscaping, and serving in a homeless shelter.

“It was an amazing day,” said Lynn Delaney, the government and community affairs specialist at Texas Health. “Seeing people give back to our communities was so rewarding. 9/11 harbors such tragic memories for all of us, but our volunteers gave lots of smiles, hugs, and support.”
