Joan Clark, D.N.P., R.N., NEA-BC, CENP, FACHE, FAAN, executive vice president and chief nurse executive, has been named as one of the 18 inaugural recipients of the American Organization of Nurse Executives’ (AONE) fellow designation. The AONE fellow designation recognizes a nurse leader’s sustained contributions to the specialty of nursing leadership, commitment to service and influence in shaping health care.
“I am humbled by this honor and proud of the work of AONE in advancing the role of nurses in the future of health care,” said Joan, who served as president of AONE in 2017.
AONE will honor the inductees on April 11 at AONE 2019 in San Diego. Congratulations, Joan!
