Texas Health is proud to announce the recipients of the 2026 Community Service Awards!
These awards honor Texas Health employees who demonstrate exceptional commitment to community service and volunteerism, reflecting our Mission to improve the health of the people in the communities we serve.
This year, one individual and one team were selected for their meaningful and ongoing contributions that extend beyond the workplace and into the heart of our communities. In recognition of their impact, both recipients will direct a $1,000 donation to a nonprofit organization of their choice within the Texas Health service area.

“At Texas Health, caring extends far beyond our walls,” said Carla Dawson, chief people officer. “Our Community Service Award recipients embody the spirit of service and compassion that defines who we are. Their commitment to lifting others up strengthens our communities and reflects the very best of our Mission.”
