Three Texas Health Resources employees received Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council awards Thursday.
Courtney Bell, an admissions specialist at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, was named Employee of the Year for hospitals with more than 500 beds.
Amy Turner, R.N., a nurse at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound, was named Employee of the Year for hospitals with fewer than 100 beds.
And Heather Thweatt, a trauma registrar at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano, received special recognition in the category for hospitals with 250 to 499 beds.
