Work location:

·        1301 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort. Worth, TX 76104

Work hours:

·        Hours: 12:15 PM- 10:45 PM Friday – Monday and rotating holidays

Here’s What You Need:

·        High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

·        CLIAFE – must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency.

·        Completion of a one semester course in phlebotomy preferred.

·        6 Months experience as a phlebotomist highly preferred.

·        Hospital experience highly preferred.

·        PBT (ASCP) – Phlebotomy Technician preferred upon hire.
