Work location: Texas Health HEB 1600 Hospital Parkway Bedford TX 76022
Work hours: Full Time Days (Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week. On Call required.

Here’s What You Need
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field or 4 Years Relevant experience in lieu of a degree (Required)
· 4 years Application support experience, preferably in a hospital environment. (Required)
· Clinical knowledge of Radiology department and workflows, preferably in a hospital environment. (Highly Preferred)
· Fuji PACS experience (Highly Preferred)
· Ambra experience (Highly Preferred)
· Epic Cupid experience (Highly Preferred)
· CVIS experience (Highly Preferred)
· ServiceNow experience (Preferred)
What You Will Do
· Provide day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities, onsite and virtually
· Deliver application using deployment systems, oversee upgrades and enhancements, and coordinate interfaces of applications
· Oversee management of compliance to security, ITIL and ITS standards. Coordinate new user applications training for assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities.
· Proficiently demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes.
· Serve as mentor for less experienced staff. Participate in special projects and/or perform other duties as assigned.
